People Analytics Auditor
A tool I built that reads a CSV of employee records, finds missing or broken fields, sorts them by compliance risk (right to work and visas first) and drafts the email to send to each person to get it fixed.
Demo. The demo dataset is 150 made-up employees at a fictional firm. You can also open your own CSV: it is read in your browser and never uploaded, but please use test data rather than real employee records.
Columns it checks: employee_id, first_name, last_name,
right_to_work_verified, visa_type, visa_expiry_date,
line_manager_id, corporate_email, department_pod and any column with
“date” in its name (expected as YYYY-MM-DD).
