PII Anonymizer
A tool I built for blind hiring. It strips a candidate’s personal details out of a CV or cover letter (name, contact details, address, university, gender markers and pronouns) and swaps each one for a clear placeholder, leaving the skills and experience untouched.
Demo. On this site the anonymiser runs on pattern rules in your browser, so nothing you paste is sent anywhere. The full app uses AI to tell the candidate’s details apart from other people’s (a manager or referee, say); the rules here can’t, so check the result before you share it.
